Once entering the water the aim is to swim 1.4km and then pray of an incoming tide to help me get out of the water (at the right spot!) all in the name of completing this amazing 2.8km swim

Good evening swim with Lou - 65mins, great effort and nice evening for it (a little choppy - a good thing to experience :-) ) The peppermint tea after certainly warmed us up after!
