Dante's Legacy - Greyhounds as Pets

Dante (aka King Mick) came to me at 3 years of age. They say you have once in a lifetime pets and he was mine. He brought joy to every corner of my life and smiles to the faces of so many.

He was my biggest source of pride. He was an icon and an ambassador for how special this breed is. It brings tears of happiness to think of all the hounds that were later adopted through people falling for him. I wish I could be half the beautiful soul my boy was.

Dante lived years beyond expectation after fighting a cancer diagnosis early on but this week we had to gift him the greatest kindness and say our final farewell.

People keep asking what they can do...

Please donate to Greyhounds as Pets. Without them, my boy wouldn't have found a home that treated him like royalty and my heart never would've expanded with love for him. I want other hounds to find forever homes and other homes to experience the joy of this special breed.
