Fantastic days at cricket - but we need more than luck to defeat the appeal by the Transport Agency. They refused to accept the Board's denial for the flyover, and now we need funds for legal representation against their appeal.

Save the Basin must now raise funds for legal fees to defend the appeal. We are individuals again fighting against the massive resources of a huge government agency. The Board of Inquiry hearing begins Monday - we have a panel of experts set to counter the ridiculous claims by the New Zealand transport agency. We will keep you posted as the evidence comes in.
