We’re fundraising for more casting materials so we can continue to offer FREE casting service to bereaved parents and help them make precious memories of their baby. We also visit newly bereaved parents in hospital, provide support gift packs and blankets/clothing for baby, and support meetings. We support parents from the time of the loss and through years to come.

We help support parents through the toughest time of their life. Our results come from comments we get "You do such amazing work for grieving families... Thank you so much for what you do Sands BOP" , "Thoughts are with these who have lost , it's heart breaking but so glad there are people like yourself doing these thoughtful things".

Sands Bay of Plenty is a parent-run voluntary non-profit organisation and registered charity which has been set up to support parents and families who have experienced the death of a baby.

Sands Bay of Plenty offers support in Tauranga for families of babies who have died at the time of their loss and for the years to come. We provide newly bereaved parents with gift packs to help create memories with baby, blankets and clothing for baby, and offering support when needed.

We promote baby loss awareness and provide support for those dealing with the death of a baby - during any stage of pregnancy or newborn and infant death.
