Opoutere Open Water - A Sea Shepherd fundraising page for marine conservation, through a passion for swimming in the open water

Canterbury

This is a passion project and awareness campaign for brothers Nick & Alex. It is centred around their journey to open water swimming rooted in, Opoutere, New Zealand, where they learn't to swim and have an appreciation for everything the ocean gives life too.

They also see this as a platform to create and support awareness for the marine conservation through sharing open water swimming adventures with others.

This give-a-little page acts as a direct fundraising channel for the Sea Shepherd to support their marine conservation campaigns in New Zealand.

Take a bit of rope to latch on to Nick and keep him in a straight line otherwise he might miss the whirlpool all together! Seriously though, what a super exciting challenge. Can't wait to hear about it and to learn more about the badass Sea Shepherd! SE Chess (the one with the uneven lab)
