Drawing and Writing
23 July 2016I tried to write a sentence and draw a character I have created for my comic. It was challenging. And looked more like a monster than a super hero.

Rainbows End - Kids Kingdom
23 July 2016It was quite scary at first, but was lots of fun. I went on lots of rides. I was surprised that people didn't ask why I was blindfolded, except for one little boy just before we left to go home.

Shopping
23 July 2016After breakfast we had to go shopping, I found this really hard because dad kept forgetting I was blindfolded and accidentally banged me into a couple of things. It's ok I didn't get hurt.

Breakfast
23 July 2016Mum and Dad took us out for breakfast this morning. It was quite challenging, but I found my way with a little help. One thing I noticed because my eyes were covered, I could smell and hear more. Including smelling mushrooms which I don't like, mum told me they were on a plate at a different table to us. I was surprised that I could smell them from that far.

Getting Started
23 July 2016My mum is now typing my updates, because I am now blindfolded for the day.
I am going to start the day by trying to get my own breakfast. Then getting dressed. I will also be going to Rainbows End where I will be attending a birthday party. I also want to build something with Lego. I will also try and type something. And other challenges as I come across them. I will be updating my progress and how I feel throughout the day.

13 July 2016I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those who has donated so far. I look forward to sharing my day with you all through videos and photos that my mum will post for me as I won't be able to see the computer screen to type the updates myself.
I might set myself a challenge to try and type an update on this day. I think it will be very funny to see how it turns out.

Party Venue
13 July 2016I have received confirmation that the birthday party I am attending on this same day is going to be at Kids Kingdom (which is part of Rainbow's End).
I am very excited and nervous at the same time about going on all the rides.
