The 13-year-old Maddie was diagnosed with kidney disease in 2009 She needs another Kidney transplant.

Maddie needs another transplant, the chances of finding a donor in the US are higher.

Currently "The left-hand side of her heart is really swollen, to the point that if it swells much more it won't be able to pump out blood … She really needs a kidney transplant and that's putting huge pressure on her heart," mum Sarah Manson Collins said.

Maddie's dialysis treatments have been upped from two to three times a day.

A cost estimate of $350,000 for treatment .

Funds will be given to her family to help them cover costs of treatment.
