David Huang from Black and Gold - Coffee and eatery, was a multi-awarded barista in his early days and now has transformed and become a mentor for many younger barista.

Through out the past 15 years being a barista and business owner, he has drawn from his experience and learnt to focus on developing young passionate hospitality talents.

The coffee/hospitality often had chances to train and develop teenagers and young people, it also had its fair shares of experience with young one struggling with getting ahead in life.

Through Black & Gold - coffee and eatery, David wanted to built a team to realised the goal to create a sustainable and community focus business model that will harbour the next generation of hospitality professionals in New Zealand.

Being a neighbouring business to Graeme Dingle foundation, not only we share similar value toward our community but this further helps Black and gold to deliver its goals and promises.
