4 December 2012WIND EATERS Three sisters' journey to save New Zealand's wild horses. Copyright 2012, a Showtym Films production. Wind Eaters follows the 11 wild horses that were re-homed to the Wilson sisters, of Showtym Sport Horses, during the June 2012 muster. This tell-all-documentary showcases their inspiring transition to domesticated life under the guidance of three of New Zealand's most prominent and popular show jumping riders. Vicki (25yrs), Kelly (23yrs) and Amanda (19yrs) show jump up to Grand Prix level and are committed to promote the Kaimanawas as performance ponies. It is their hope that the publicity raises awareness so that less horses are slaughtered during the bi-annual musters. The journey is ongoing and filming is still underway but we hope you enjoy this teaser and look forward to releasing the documentary in 2013.
