Emmanuel Family Camp is a weekend away for families of children with disabilities. A weekend for the whole family, together.

Taking the family on holiday or just a weekend away means organisation and effort. For a family with a child who has a disability the organisation required is on another level!

Day to day life for a child with a disability and their family can involve a lot of extra demands, medical appointments, therapy programmes, special equipment, reviews of programmes and equipment, not to mention the extra time that might be needed to do personal cares, homework, eat, anything really!

We are so excited for this opportunity to provide a weekend of support and encouragement, to uplift each member of the family and strengthen them as a whole.

Emmanuel Support is a ministry of Elevate Christian Disability Trust and aim’s to give spiritual, emotional and practical support to parents and families of a child with any disability.

Although Elevate Christian Disability Trust holds many camps throughout the country every year, this camp for families is a first of its kind in NZ with hopefully many more to come!

Any donations will be put towards reducing the cost of camp for families.
