Ride for Conquor Cancer

$1,330 of $4,000 goal
Given by 23 generous donors in around 3 months

I am riding to help conquer cancer as my father passed away in May 2016 due to this disease

Manawatu / Whanganui

My father was diagnosed with cancer in Dec 2015 and sadly lost his battle with the nasty disease in May of this year. To honour his life and battle, I’m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!

The charity that I am intending of donating the money to is the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research in Western Australia.

The link to the website is "https://secure2.convio.net/cfrau/site/Donation2?idb=217758175&df_id=1940&1940.donation=form1&FR_ID=1243&mfc_pref=T&PROXY_ID=1618987&PROXY_TYPE=20"

Part of the condition of completing is that each rider needs to fundraise $2,500 towards the research to cancer.

It certainly will be a memorable experience for many reasons. We hope you enjoy the experience, that you always have a tail wind, that it doesn't rain, and that your bum doesn't get sore!! Looking forward to hearing all about it afterwards. Good luck
