Young Leaders Projects 2010

Hi wonderful supporters! We had our fundraising and budgeting work shop this weekend, which went really well, thanks to the hard work of the young leaders, the support of the mentors, and the expertise of VUW Foundation Director Tricia Walbridge. They all have drafts of fundraising plans now, so should be getting started shortly on raising money for their amazing plans. We had some news from a few more young leaders about their projects too? - the Zimbabwean youth want to run a 'helping project' - they're just trying to narrow down who they want to help; the Rwandan girls want to start a netball team; and the Afghan girls are working on it, but Sonia is taking a survey at the moment of what they want the most.
