Charity Pot - The Lost Kiwis - Mongol Rally 2015

$7,466 of $3,000 goal
Given by 19 generous donors in around 11 months

We are 4 lads about to embark on a challenging adventure that will take us from London across 20,900kms to Ulan-Ude in Russia.

Nationwide

We'll spend 6 weeks on the road and pass though 20 countries, 5 mountain ranges, 3 deserts, and 2 continents in a tiny car that has an engine less than 1000cc.

Why? We're a passionate bunch who want to do our bit to save the world. And, we want a great excuse for an adventure!

So, in the interest of making the world a better place, we have chosen to raise money for the NZ Prostate Cancer Foundation and Cool Earth.

"The Mongol Rally thunders 20,000 kilometres across the mountains, desert, and steppe of Europe and Asia each year. Starting in London and ending in Ulan-Ude (Buryatia, Russia). There’s no backup, no support, and no set route; just you, your fellow adventurists and a tiny car you bought from a scrapyard for £11.50. Bollocks to tarmac, ABS and gadgets that help you find your navel. The Mongol Rally is about getting lost, using your long neglected wits, raising bucket loads of cash for charity, and scraping into the finish line with your vehicle in tatters with a wild grin smeared across your grubby face. Neither your car, nor your life, will ever be the same again."
