Elderly people need spouting

Mrs Eykel, 82, has severe arthritis and a number of other health issues, despite which she worked until she turned 80, Mr Eykel, 80, is disabled and spends a lot of time in a wheelchair now.
They live with their son, also disabled, in Napier.
The spouting has been in a sad state for a number of years now and although they were told it must be fixed, were unable to come up with the funds.
They tried WINZ but were declined (twice) as the amount required was over WINZ loans limit for this type of thing.

The son has Dupuytren's contracture, unfortunately surgery was not very successful and he now has a brace. Mrs Eykel has seen the hospital for eye surgery, she has both cataracts and retinopathy, and is the only one driving all the time now, so hopefully they can help with her eyes, yet to hear back.
