While making a difference in the wider community, we have competed locally, nationally and internationally and gained from enhanced fitness, having endless fun at the same time! Formed 10 years ago as the first Breast Cancer Team in NZ we have led the way and encouraged others wishing to start teams.
We are the 2009 National Champions! We are a dragon boat team – competing and winning. We demonstrate through action that age and lifestyle are no barrier. We contiunue to be a public voice on breast cancer awareness issues.

TODAY IS PINK RIBBON DAY!
Every day is Pink Ribbon Day for our Team.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and many of our team members are actively involved with events and activities that promote this important campaign.
Team members are individually working with other organisations to help with the all-important task of fundraising to find a cure for Breast Cancer and to supoprt those organisations that provide such vital support for people with Breast Cancer and their families and care givers.
We want to show by example that it is possible to lead productive, active lives as a Breast Cancer survivors.
