Raising funds to help towards sudden funeral costs and to raise awareness for Depression and Suicide.

In June, a beautiful soul lost her battle with depression. She had a heart of gold and was loved by so many people.

I would like to raise money to help towards her funeral costs and for her young whanau. I will be taking part in a 10km run on Saturday 12th Sept, to help raise awareness for Depression and Suicide.

We lose far to many people each year to this and we need to make sure people know that there is help out there and people that are willing to listen.

Suicide prevention week Monday 7th - Sunday 13th Sept
