Team Wellington, Quiz Night, 21 July

Please join us Tuesday 21 July, from 6.30pm, for a fundraising Quiz Night to support the Wellington Achilles team for the 2015 New York Marathon.

Get a team together and come down to the Fork & Brewer, 20A Bond St, Wellington City for some GREAT FUN, FOOD AND PRIZES.

Entry in the Quiz is by donation of $20 per person and includes nibbles! Enter as a team of 4-6 players, or if you don’t have a team enter as an individual and Naomie can hook you up! Just email her at naomie.lye@cigna.com.

TO ENTER:

- Please simply 'Donate Now' the total value of the number of entries you require (e.g. 3 people = $60 donation).

- If you’re entering for your whole team, please put the TEAM NAME under comments, and remember the email address you used so we can tick you off our 'Donations Received' list on the day.

- Or - If your team are paying individually, please each put the TEAM NAME under comments, and remember the email address used so we can reconcile them to the whole team on the day.

- Either way you will receive an email confirmation of your donation which can be printed out and shown on the day to confirm your entry.
