Supporting International Women’s Day in 2023

As part of our DEI focus on gender equity and women in leadership, we will celebrate International Women’s Day on Wednesday 8th March. This year, we’d like to do something different to actively acknowledge International Women’s Day, in support of the amazing women in our NewCo community, as well as those in the broader communities we serve.

This year’s IWD theme is #EmbraceEquity . Creating equity for women in our business continues to be an important focus for us, as we continue to invest in our Women in Leadership program, along with other key initiatives that recognise and address the different experience of women in the workplace.

We ask for your support in helping us collectively raise funds for White Ribbon and contribute to the great work that the organisation does for women, children and our community. As a business we’ve set a target goal of $1500 - any contribution small or large helps.
