Cut it for Cancer!

Do you know what’s real pants? Lockdown.

Do you know what’s even more pants? Cancer.

At the end of lockdown 1.0 last year I was desperate to deal with my unruly long locks and rush to get a big hunk of haircut off. But I held fire and thought if I wait it out I could donate this hair to someone who needs it.

So here I am several lockdowns later with a mop of hair that I’m getting cut next week. 30 odd centimetres will go to making a lush ginger wig for someone battling cancer.

I’m doing this to support three incredible women in my life who have had cancer affect them or their families in this past year in very different but equally pants ways.

Im hoping you’ll support them too. You’ll know one of them no doubt, or you’ll know someone else who has been on this journey.
