On 24th of May I gave up smoking, coffee, alcohol, caffiene and solid food for the 30 day reboot to clean up bad habits and raise funds for Mental Health. My supporters agreed to give $2 for every sucessful day of the challenge to the Mental Health Foundation. On the 23 of June I successfully completed the challenge. Having lost over 13kg and kicked bad habits now ready to get back into healthy moderation. Thanks for everyones support and continued support of the Mental Health Foundation which is such an important cause for Kiwis.
Key lesson for me is moderation!
Mental Health Foundation is such an important cause for Kiwis. Many different conditions impact so many New Zealanders and having a healthy body definitely helps with a healthy strong mind!
