Susie has now got her team of grooms/strappers sorted and confirmed. Pauline king- Cust Helen Graham- makikihi Logan Latta- Nenthorn All these grooms have represented NZ as crew before, and Pauline and Helen have also been NZ riders for endurance. Pauline has experience with overseas travelling and travelling with horses. Helen has worked in France with endurance horses so also has a lot to offer. Loganfs biggest strength would be knowing Tkiwa (and possibly Susie! )and this will be a great asset to have a couple of people in tune with the care and welfare of Tkiwa. This is a great core surrounded by even a bigger team of great experience and knowledge. Awesome things to come!!

Fundraising to get New Zealandfs endurance team to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games has started in earnest, with a seminar in Christchurch among the first of several events around the country. More than 30 spectators attended Sundayfs seminar, a fundraiser for the New Zealand team which is sending five riders and their horses to France for the Games in Normandy later this year. It is estimated that it will cost each team member about $60,000 to get their horse and team including grooms to France and back.
