Raising funds with the full knowledge and support of the RSA due to the loss of their largest annual fundraising opportunity.
Auckland
Many, many families, businesses and charitable organisations have been seriously effected by this pandemic.
This year Anzac Day falls during a level 4 Lockdown which effects important commemorations and much needed fund raising efforts.
If you can, Please support The RSA this year by making a donation:
I will be aiming to complete 18,277 press ups in 48 hours over Anzac weekend.
18,277 is the number of NZ soldiers who did not return home to their families after WW1.
Every dollar raised will go toward the Auckland District RSA’s Welfare Trust.
This supports returned vetarans and their families in the wider Auckland region.
Any support is greatly appreciated.
After losing their annual fundraising opportunity I wanted to raise funds for Veterans and their families. The 18,277 Press Ups represent the number of NZ’ers who went away to WW1 but unfortunately did not return.
With Full knowledge and support of the RSA, 100% of funds raised are for the benefit and welfare of Veterans and their families in the wider Auckland region.
What an amazing journey 30 April 2020
A huge thank you to all who have donated so far for the Veterans and their Families. We are almost at $12,000 which is incredible. Thank you for your support and donations, we couldn't have done this without you.
