  • Thanks for your very kind donations

      18 February 2017

Leon, Alison, Renee and Hollie are extremely humbled by everybody who has kindly donated money, their time, their services and kind words to help get them all to America for Renee’s surgery. Thank you so much for your generous contributions. Your support has been incredible!!

The Givealittle campaign for Renee has now raised over $13,000. Wow!!!! Renee and family have also received other kind donations outside of the Givealittle campaign, even to the point of someone offering to mow their lawns for free while they are away, people to look after their house, free travel insurance and some complete strangers who were extraordinarily kind in gifting their $2000 travel prize to Renee’s cause.

Your kind donations have made it possible for Renee to be supported by all her family while in Houston and offered a fantastic buffer to help cover additional accommodation and unexpected costs associated with Renee’s overseas surgery.

Leon, Alison, Renee and Hollie fly to Houston this Thursday with their first consultation scheduled for the 27th February. Renee’s operation is scheduled for the 10th March.

Once again, thank you so much for your support for Renee and I will endeavour to keep you updated on her progress.
