  • How Pillars Make a difference

      8 December 2013

-Mentoring Pillars firmly believes that placing a positive role model into the lives of these 20,000+ children who have a parent in prison will positively affect them and deter them from juvenile delinquency and crime. Mentors act to fill that void left by the parent -Support to the families of prisoners Pillars believes in providing support to the families of prisoners by advocating for prisons to have facilities and activities that maintain the vital relationships between parents and children. They also provide support to the prisoners -Donations Pillars recognise that the festive season can be especially difficult for those with a loved one in jail, and aims to alleviate this pain by spreading the joy through Christmas hampers and presents for the children. ils of your update here
