Thank you we have made it to $15000 so have confirmed the contract and hope to take over within two weeks.

We have raised substantial funds already in the hope that we can keep the station on site and open it to view by Rail Trail users. We just need a little bit more - well $15000 more to make it a reality and to keep the RAIL in Otago Central Rail Trail

The Trust has worked with the Department of Conservation since 1994 to help develop and enhance the Otago Central Rail Trail for the betterment and enjoyment of the users and the communities the Trail goes through.

We are thrilled with the many generous donations that have come in. And very humbled to get the support. This afternoon we have been able to confirm the contract and we hope to take ownership within a matter of days. Work will begin almost immediately to get the buildings open and to do some maintenance on the wagons. Thank you for making it possible.
