Thousands have died in the Nepal earthquake, in the beautiful Kathmandu Valley, a place where we have trekked and travelled with our soul family.
We are pledging our Wednesday nights for a month to support Nepal at this time and we will gather as much funds as we can over May for our friends in Nepal. Please help us make a difference.

Our annual SOUL retreat travels to Kathmandu Valley, trekking and enjoying this beautiful land and people and the rich culture and heritage that they have.

We create opportunities for people to experience the life changing experience of somatics and BE-ing in thier bodies!
We provide weekly classes, one-on -one programs, workshops, retreats, trainings and intensives both onsite here at our beautiful centre and off-site out in the world - taking the SOUL to the people.
