    Wow what an amazing milestone! We've surpassed $7500 and Luke and Megan will be shaving at their wedding reception - how awesome and unique is that?! Thank you so much for showing your love and support to Nat and her family. What a great wee nest egg for them to help them through!   • We doubled it...can we do it again?

    I am still totally gobsmacked by the donations rolling in and with the comments being made to. There are donations from complete strangers, from friends, family and people who Nat hasn't seen for years. I know she is blown away by the support and is planning on using a bit of the money to celebrate when she has kicked cancers butt! She has posted a wonderful update here at her blog: http://natsbigfight.tumblr.com/ So we are currently sitting at an amazing $6390. Just over $1000 until we hit the next goal and Luke and Megan shave at their wedding reception (apparently the hairdresser was a bit shocked to hear her beautiful creation would be shaved off before the day was over!!). Please keep doing the amazing job you are doing in sharing Nat's story and encouraging others to give a little toward a family who is in awe of the love and support they are receiving from you all right now. We have some awesome things in the pipeline including a very special highlanders jersey to auction, our big shave (which will be a bit of an event I think!), and several other projects so keep watching.   • Aiming for $6000 tonight - can we do it?!

    So close!!! Can we get to $6000 tonight? So far Jane and I are shaving and Jason is getting his hairy legs waxed (ouch!!!). Next goal is $7500 to get Luke and Megan doing the big shave on their wedding night! Keep up the sharing and lets get this awesome family a nice little nest egg to help them through! You have all given me a little more faith in the world and in the kindness of others! Thank you! xx

  • Reub's big shave!

    Wow you guys are amazing!!! In less than 12 hours you raised more than $1000 - a third of our target! So lovely to see such generosity! I told Reub late last night that his hair would be gone in the morning - he was pretty stoked and thought he should have set a higher target ;-) Well done guys! Keep it up and keep sharing!!!

  • Aiming higher!!!

    Wow, I have had tears today at the generosity of friends, family and complete strangers! I know Nat and Pete have been overwhelmed with your donations and the love and kindness being shown toward their family. In less than 24 hours you have blown the target I had set for the month out of the water! So we've decided to up our game and a few friends have come to the party! If we can get to $5000 Jason McDonald will be having his legs waxed at the end of September. If we can get to $7500 Luke Watson and his bride to be Megan (getting married 4th October!) will be shaving - Megan her hair and Luke his hair and beloved beard to a close shave and ON THEIR WEDDING NIGHT!! If we can get to $10,000 then Nat's mum Jeanette will be joining Jane and I getting our heads shaved in the next few weeks (sorry it's going to take a bit of time - apparently people want to watch this being done so in process of organising a venue!!). We might also have some more incentives if we hit 10k so keep up the sharing and the caring people - love love love!!!

    You guys are amazing!!! $500 already so tomorrow Reub will be clean shaving his head and keeping it that way until Nat has finished her treatment! Fabulous! Will post photos ;-)
