Help my dreams and passions come true!

Nationwide

My name is Natasha Cox and I am a 17 year old student with a passion for bringing happiness to people's lives, and exploring this incredible world :)

Next year I am travelling to Cuenca, Ecuador with a company called Lattitude Global Volunteering to volunteer for 5 months with children. I will be volunteering in two placements. The first is San Jose de Calazan, a school for adults and children with special needs - where I will be helping to change the lives of many Cuenca's that have been marginalised by society. My second is at a care centre called Aurora, where I will work primarily with children of drug-addicts and alcoholics - helping to create a safe environment of fun and love. In general, I just want to help to put a smile on each child, and adult's face. I want to take them the message of self-worth, and explore the intricacies of other cultures and peoples. I have experience in this field after going on a missions trip to Tonga this year. This trip ignited my passion for this type of work.

This is my passion, and it would mean the world to me if you could help me get there. My fees are up to $9000 and I don't want this to stand in my way. This kind of work has been on my heart for a couple of years now, and I have been working hard to reach this dream; both working and fundraising myself. Your contribution is an incredible blessing.

Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” ? Mark Twain, Mark Twain: The Innocents Abroad/Roughing It
