I am doing Junk Free June for our heart friend Lily! This beautiful girl has a broken heart and it can't be fixed anymore, so now we wait for a new one to come....

So I will give up all Junk food for Lily, and what I would've spent on the nasty stuff is going to be redirected to something so much better - Helping Lily while she waits for her heart! If you think I can do it - show me your support!!! If you think I can't - put your money where your mouth is!!! (Fineprint: Even if I give up (which I won't) or slip up (which I will try really hard not too) you won't be getting a refund!!!)

Lily and her parents Veronika and Adam have to relocate to Melbourne, Australia to wait for a new heart. All donations will go towards their relocation, living and medical costs and to ease the financial pressures so they can concentrate on this precious time with their little girl.

My boy Whaimanawa has HRHS. A CHD that effects around 6 kiwi kids a year, but one that few survive. Lily Leadbetter was our very first heart friend and we met her and her beautiful mum in Starship hospital when Whai was born. It breaks our heart to know that Lily's little ticker can no longer be fixed and now she has to wait for a heart transplant in Melbourne, Australia. I am doing Junk free June and nothing is more motivating than doing it to help this awesome family!
