Marae redevelopment: feasibility and project plan
Help us take the first step towards redeveloping our Marae. This cause involves a needs analysis and comprehensive project plan.

Our next major project will be the redevelopment of Marae facilities. Before we can do this we need to comission a feasibility study and project plan. These will include a project needs analysis and comprehensive project plan including project timeline, building and resource consents and a quantity survey report.
Not only is this good planning these are a requirement of major funding agencies who we will approach to assist with capital funding in the future.
