Please Help Our Brother Conchur Higgins

SEND CONCHUR TO IRELAND

In March this year our 22 year old brother, Conchur Higgins was diagnosed with Stage four Hodgkins Lymphoma. This has devastated our family and has been made even more difficult as our parents are not currently living in New Zealand. Our parents had gone to our Dad's homeland of Ireland to live for a few years. They wanted to spend some time with our Granda (Dad's father) who is no longer able to make the trip to visit us, due to ill health.

Conchur's illness has changed all our lives dramatically. Thankfully Mum has been able to come home to be with Conchur throughout his treatment but unfortunately Dad was financially unable to come. Mum and Dad have bought a house in Ireland so one of them has had to continue working.

Our Dad is desperate to see our brother so we would love Conchur to be able to visit Ireland for Christmas. This would also give our Granda and our Irish family a wonderful opportunity to spend time with Conchur.

Conchur has been unable to work since he was diagnosed, making this year a huge strain financially. He is about to start his last round of chemotherapy meaning that hopefully he will be able to return to work part time by the end of the year. The only way we are able to make this trip happen for him is through generous donations.
