My name is Jan Beamish and I work as a volunteer with Rotary Club of Taveuni, and Ba Vision in Fiji. Both specialise in cataract eye surgery to those unable to afford the medical treatment. I have been working with these organisations for 10 years now and take great pleasure in being able to offer my services to help others. Now that I am widowed I am finding that it is becoming more difficult to fund these projects myself. Hence me looking for a little assistance perhaps from others who want to help but are unable to spare the time or have the expertise.

I work as a theater assistant. All surgeries are specifically focused on cataracts. I am very passionate about this cause and giving back to others less fortunate.
