Individual participant has the ability of paving the way towards better conditions for the Deaf people. Frontrunners will also illustrate the importance of World Federation of the Deaf (deaf equivalent to the UN), it's important that the participants on Frontrunners - in time -will be able to act as inspiring role models for will to inspire for the Deaf community.
