The Wellness Fund offers direct financial assistance to HIV positive people who live in New Zealand where alternative sources of assistance

Nationwide

Any person who has a confirmed positive diagnosis for HIV/AIDS and is on a low or limited income with a valid Community Services Card (issued by Work and Income New Zealand) may apply for assistance.

Body Positive is an organisation founded by and run for people living with HIV in New Zealand. We offer support services for people living with HIV, helping to break down isolation and building a sense of community, while advocating at a national level.

We welcome Payroll Giving through Givealitte. Regular donations help us plan ahead and make a lasting difference.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
