Who benefits:

Therefore instead of traditional wedding gifts we are hoping to raise at least $5,000 to enable us to be the first to symbolically adopt a Maui's dolphin from WWF to contribute to their Maui's conservation programme. Please help us to save them. Thank you, Tamara and Paul.

The fundraising mission:

It wasn’t until we moved to the UK that we heard about the plight of Maui's dolphins. With only 111 left, they are the smallest, most endangered dolphins in the world, found only in New Zealand. We feel that it’s up to us as New Zealanders to save them.
