Currently we are looking for fundign to Help our partner purchase a permanent site for a mangrove nursery, as well as purchasing gardening supplies and mangrove seedlings. We are also looking for support in the construction of fencing on the new property and installing a water supply.

About us

We're inspiring, empowering and enabling volunteers around the world to raise money to help children in developing countries to break free from poverty. At The GVN Foundation we believe in the idea of 'local solutions to local problems' and we therefore work with local community organizations in each country we support.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
