Cam's Fight

Cam Armishaw is a sixteen year old who has been diagnosed with stage four Hodgkins Lymphoma in August 2014.Cam lives with his mother(Kerianne) and his younger sibling.It has been an incredibly tough time for Cam and his family as Cam is undergoing extensive chemotherapy and will continue to do so for several months.It is believed that it has potentially reached his bone marrow and this may require Cam to undergo radiation therapy.

Cams mother has been required to give up her full time empoyment to take care of Cam and do daily trips to the hospital for ongoing medical treatment.The day to day living costs have put a strain on the family with regular hospital visits,specalised food,medication etc.

Cam is a kind, considerate,selfless young man who would fullfill others needs before his own.I feel its Cam's time for people to help him out at this very difficult time.

Cam has had to let go of his commitments,school,work,sports etc as he is no longer able to participate in these normal everyday activities.

Cam is spending a large majority of his time at home or hospital as his immune system is non extistant most of the time and he cannot risk getting an infection,this is very challenging for a sixteen year old.
